With this advertisement we are announcing Recruitment Specialist vacancy in HR Department, based in Kyiv.
Task:
This position exists to ensure timely & quality recruitment process as well as organizational assessment and development (external & internal).
Requirements:
University degree;
Min. 1 year of work experience as Recruiter in an International business company or recruitment agency;
English (fluent);
Excellent PC skills;
Friendly personality with natural interest in other people;
Ability to work with several tasks & projects effectively;
Ability to make timely decisions even under condition of uncertainty or certain risk.
Duties:
Interviewing skills (competency based interviewing skills will be an advantage;
Certification or proven experience in Organizational assessment (Assessment/Development centers);
Understanding of FMCS environment;
Certification or experience of work with ability testing and behavioral questionnaires will be an advantage.
